Ideas (simple and tasty) so that children eat fruit

Your child rejects fruits? Do you find it a feat achieved to eat at least one fruit per day? Maybe if you present them in different and attractive ways to accept include them in their diet. Another good strategy is to combine them with other foods that are to your liking.

Here are some ideas to implement:

-Brochettes of fruit with chocolate {For the Love of Cooking}

You can replace chocolate yogurt or simply offer them alone.

-Frozen fruit {Chasing Supermom}

You must try the grapes and frozen blueberries. You only have to put them in the freezer and wait until they are frozen. The pieces of watermelon are also an excellent alternative to ice cream.

-Apple Cinnamon {Nooschi} chips

You can also offer them without baking; freshly cut and sprinkled with cinnamon.

-Bananas (or banana) with chocolate {Pequerecetas}

-Smoothies. They are very simple and quick to prepare with fruits and/or vegetables. The interesting thing is to use different ingredients for variety of colors and nutrients. You can mix one or more fruit with water, juice, fruit, milk or yogurt.
